Refund & Return Policy

📦 General Policy
At this time, we do not offer refunds unless the item received is damaged, used, or not as described. If you believe your order meets these conditions, please follow the return instructions below.

🔁 How to Request a Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt) is also required.

Email us at info@dankersclo.com with your order number, reason for return, and attach any necessary photos.

Once we review your request, if approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

❗️Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

The item is not in its original condition.

The item is not defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The return process was not followed properly.

🛑 Pre-order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order during the pre-order period by emailing info@dankersclo.com.

🔄 Pre-order Exchanges
If you'd like to change the size of a pre-order item, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on stock availability.

Requests to exchange for a different item (e.g. a different design) are also not guaranteed.

Please note: Hoodies and shirts cannot be exchanged due to pricing differences.

🚚 Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for any shipping issues caused by the courier (such as delays, lost parcels, or damage during transit). Once an order is handed to the carrier, it is out of our control.
